Venue Capacity: Up to 120 guests
The following minimum function packages apply for exclusive venue hire:
- Wednesday & Thursday Evenings – Function Package from $3,000
- Friday, Saturday & Sunday Evenings – Function Package from $6,000
Our team will be happy to tailor a food and beverage package to suit your event and create an unforgettable experience for your guests.
Private Sunday Lunch
Although Portorosa Spearwood is not normally open for Sunday lunch, we are delighted to offer Private Sunday Lunch Functions by prior arrangement.
Sunday Lunch Function Package
- Available for groups of 25 guests or more
- Function Package from $70 per guest, including food and beverages
- A $20 per guest deposit is required to secure your booking
- Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the event
- Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking or in the event of a no-show
- Any reduction in guest numbers within the final 24 hours will result in the deposit for those guests being forfeited

Booking Terms
The following booking conditions apply to all private functions and events at Portorosa Spearwood:
- A $20 per guest deposit is required to confirm all function bookings.
- Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to the event.
- Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event or in the event of a no-show.
- Any reduction in guest numbers within 24 hours of the event will result in the deposit for the cancelled guests being non-refundable.
These terms allow us to prepare your event, organize staffing and ensure the highest level of service for you and your guests.
